Among these different levels of mind there are five level of brain waves which are the

• Alpha,
• Theta,
• Beta,
• Delta
• and Gamma (recently discovered),

learning to tune into these different levels is the key to be able to remote view.

Our brain usually acts as receivers and when you tune into different brain waves it receives different signals just as would a radio tune into different radio stations.
